Off-Peak (Unlimited)
Mon–Wed, 9am–2pm. Lower demand means unlimited bookings and often the best provider availability. Perfect for flexible schedules.
Standard
Regular daytime hours outside of off-peak. Good availability with standard pricing and no slot limits.
Prime (Limited)
After 4pm local time. High demand, limited availability. Basic gets 2/month, Custom scales with your plan. Extra prime available via passes.

How does Niibu Custom pricing work?
Custom is fully flexible — you choose which service categories to include, and your monthly price reflects your selections. Start as low as $99/month and scale up to $1,999/month for comprehensive coverage. You only pay for what you actually want to use. Your prime slot allocation also scales with your plan value.
How does Customer DNA matching work?
Our AI-powered DNA system learns your preferences — preferred times, days, communication style, service history, and provider feedback. It matches you with providers based on skill match (25%), workload availability (25%), DNA affinity (20%), ratings (15%), and location (15%). The more you use Niibu, the smarter your matches become.
Can I get services at home or do I have to go somewhere?
Both! You can choose at-home service where a vetted professional comes to your location with all necessary equipment. Or visit any of our partner salons, spas, or clinics. Some services (like certain medical procedures) may require a clinic setting for safety reasons.
How do shared seats work?
Shared seats let you add family members to your plan at 40% off the base price. Each person gets their own profile, booking history, and DNA preferences. Basic allows 1 shared seat; Custom allows up to 3. Each shared member has their own prime slot allowance.
Can I switch between Basic and Custom?
Absolutely! You can switch plans anytime from your account settings. Changes are prorated for the current billing cycle. Your booking history, DNA profile, and preferences all transfer seamlessly between plans.
